“Premise: I live in Sardinia island (Italy). I ordered a product that is practically unavailable in all of Europe and it arrived home in just over a week. Everything perfect except for shipping and customs fees for a 10 € cable I paid a total of almost 50 €. God save the Queen and Bassbags”

“The responses I got to my enquiries, email and telecon., were great. The advice I got was more than helpful. The product (an expensive little practice amp) and delivery lived up to expectations. In a fortnight or so I'm going to place another couple of orders. Bass Bags is a proper good outfit - I'd recommend them. JL”

I then found that I had ordered the wrong strings, so I emailed and received a speedy reply from Helen who sorted everything out without any fuss. The strings arrived promptly.
