“Quite like the carpet, unfortunately we are left with almost 5sqm of carpet that retails at £75 per sqm. I do not know if this is the fault of Tapi Carpets who we bought from or Barnitts who may have sent more than ordered. I hope its Barnitts otherwise I have being totally ripped off.”

“Bought 5 items at price match and given a refund. (it takes 4 days) They say at amazon you have to spend £20.00 to get them at £0.90 each but sainsburys and others all charge £0.90 This is another company that takes your money and you have to chase them its not a price match and no guarantee. Dont buy big items as you will be left short and will have to wait till they decide if they will match it.”

Dear Ian, We are sorry that we could not price match on this occasion. Unfortunately we cannot price match sites that require a minimum order value as the item price is not a fair representation of the total cost. We are not sure why the refund would take 4 days, we cancelled and issued the refund with 24 hours of receiving your price match request. The refund through PayPal should be instant, but unfortunately we have no control over how long this will take.

“Very good service, products matched on price without argument and despatched within 24 hours. Very easy to assemble TV unit, slightly more tricky to assemble coffee table, but I am not a DIY'er.”

“This is the second time I have ordered a Dualit kettle from Barnitts and my experience was as positive the second time as the first. I was kept informed of the progress of the kettle and was given a one hour window on the day in which the kettle arrived. Much as I do not want my kettle yo break down, if it does I will use Barnitts again.”

“Excellent all round. Bought using the price match guarantee so got the best price, item was dispatched the same day and had there not been a sorting issue with the carrier the item would have arrived the next day. Customer service was brilliant and resolved my issue straight away. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Barnitts to friends and family.”

“Good price for the product. It took almost a week from payment being taken to despatch. So a bit on the slow side there. Royal Mail delivery used so better than the usual shambles from certain courier firms. I will shop with Barnitts again.”
