“Whenever we visit York we always make a bee-line for Barnitt's. The vast array of items on display is incredible, a veritable Aladdin's cave. “Delivery was very frustrating - took longer than expected so first came after the end of my holiday when I was back at work. I rebooked for an alternative date and took time off work to receive but it didn't arrive, turning up instead the following day (when I was at work). I rebooked the delivery again for next Tuesday and arranged for more time off work and then was pleasantly surprised today to get a message saying that the delivery had been left with my neighbour. Really inconvenient for someone with a job to do...”
