“although the wrong product was initially sent to us, this error was very quickly remedied. whilst apprciating that you are an online operator, i feel that when a problem arises, it was quite difficult to make contact by telephone. i would not hesitate to use you again.”

“Really pleased with the product. Barnitts had the best price on the Internet and free delivery. After I had ordered the product, I received an email to say that it was out of stock... But it came back into stock sooner the forecast date and it was shipped immediately. In summary, very pleased.”
