“Customer service as it should be - EXCELLENT. All of the staff that I dealt with in deciding on items, checking stock and then ordering were efficient, friendly and helpful. My purchase of Grunwerg saucepans, frying pan, steamer was done by phone and was simplicity itself. Items arrived safely within 24 hours. An amazing experience on every count.
