“WHen I ordered my kettle there was only one left in stock so when the order was processed it was actually by then out of stock. I received an email giving me the option to cancel the order and also detailing when they expected new stock. I chose to wait. Once in stock I received my item extremely quickly. Very satisified with my purchase and the excellent customer service”
