“From my initial call (to Michael in the gardening section) the service I received from Barnitts was exceptional. I am disabled and have just bought a holiday home at Goosewood, Sutton in the forest. I needed some substantial outside furniture but could not have assembled it myself. Michael could not have been more helpful. My furniture was delivered, assembled, and put in place exactly when I was told it would be delivered. How absolutely refreshing to have such excellent service. Thank you very much. “I am not at all impressed with the service I received from Barnitts. Firstly my order was delivered incorrectly. I contacted customer service who offered to send a replacement. However I have only received half of it. I contacted them again but seem to be ignoring my messages. I definitely would not order from them again. All in all a very poor shopping experience.”
