“We loved our boat, Brinks Harmony 1, it was much more spacious than we thought it would be with lots of kitchen equipment, staff were really good and helpful. such a great trip with friends. Double mooring was fun :)

“Good service right from booking to collecting the boat and completing our holiday. The boat was lovey, but could of done with a few more larger pieces of cooking equipment to cater for the larger groups such as pans and Pyrex bowls/dishes and perhaps some non stick pans”

“Staff very polite and helpful. The house (Mallard) that we rented in 2022 and again 2025 had deteriorted a lot and is looking very sad. It would be nice to see the gap under the house cleared and blocked up a little with a fence or something similar. We all enjoyed our stay and we will be back soon.”
“Had a brilliant trip on the boat we hired from barns brinkcraft hired for 4 hrs boat was a big noisy and could of had more window openings at the front of cab but excellent service well recommended and will definitely book with them again ty barns brinkcraft”

“The staff were very helpful although there were only two of them to get all the boats out on the water. The Sunrise launch we hired was a bit tired if I’m honest but we had a great time. We could not get the stove working and reported this to the staff. They checked it and the regulator wasn’t fitted correctly. I did try the regulator as a last ditch attempt to get the gas flowing after spending 10 minutes with no joy. I think next time we may well try an electric vessel as the engine noise does detract from your immersive nature experience.
All said and done, we all had a great day out on the Broads.”
“The staff meeting us was okay as was the instructions for driving the boat, but the map was rubbish and it was not made clear to us that we could not go under the bridge.Also the boat could have been cleaner with a toilet which should have been working, a rubbish bin on board would have been a useful addition., but saying all that it hasn’t put us off having a boating holiday (this was our first time exploring the Norfolk Broads”
