“Great service from Denzil & Steve Y of Crawley. They rang ahead to give 45 mins notice of when they’d arrive. Some parts wouldn’t fit in our lift and without a grumble they carried it up three flights. A seamless delivery. Thanks guys”

“Had a bookcase delivered by Steve and Denzil last Friday which was spot on. The delivery came in the day before advised time slot, and received a call 10 minutes before actually arriving. Steve and Denzil were polite and careful and did a great job of delivery. Thank you Steve and Denzil.”

“Excellent service from Craig B and Graeme at the Blaydon distribution centre! They were both really helpful and had my new sofa assembled and in place in no time with all packaging taken away. They arrived in -6 outside temperature and still cheerful! Well done lads and thank you!”

“From ordering in store to delivery has been excellent service. Robert Ellis who sold us the sofas was very friendly and honest (regarding fault on sofas that were purchased else where). We were told 12 weeks but have arrived a week early John and Craig delivered them and phone 30 mins prior to delivery and were spot on with everything would highly recommend.”

“I order my ottoman online and was contacted very quickly to organise delivery. I received a text the day before to tell me the time slot the delivery would arrive and a call on the day to say the delivery was 15 minutes away. Brad and Marcis were very helpful and professional delivering the ottoman. Altogether I am very happy with the service from order to delivery.”

“I have just received my replacement Barker & Stonehouse dining table after the previous being delivered damaged. I was very disappointed, however the Barker and Stonehouse team couldn’t be more apologetic and efficiently dealt with the issue. Steve & John have just delivered my replacement and couldn’t of been better! Extremely friendly and helpful.”

“After reading online reviews I was very appreciative about buying from Barker and Stonehouse. My own experience has been perfect. The salesman was helpful not pushing us for a sale . We were kept updated on the progress of our order. The delivery arrived at the expect time we had been given. Delivery men were friendly and professional Graham and the other chap (sorry didn’t catch your name) placed our 2 sofas in the living room. We are thrilled with the service we have received from Barker and Stonehouse and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend”
