“I visited the outlet store, Cannon Park Middlesbrough yesterday with a colleague. We purchased a dining table and chairs and can say the service was exceptional. I did not catch the male assistance name but nothing was a problem to him. Well done !!!”

“Dave and Jake turned up on the time specified. They asked us where we would like the mattress taken. They placed the mattress in our bedroom .They were extremely professional and really polite in manner. I wish all delivery personnel were as nice. They are a credit to Barker And Stonehouse. One again thanks to Dave and Jake 👍 from Kevin and Heike.”

“Good communication from Nottingham store regarding delayed delivery date due to issues regarding manufacturing of the bed - Made to order. I cannot fault the service I have received from B and S. Delivery drivers were very good and called me to confirm my delivery slot (2 hour window). The bed itself was very well made and I feel that the price I paid for it was reflected in the quality. Would have no hesitations buying from them again. Shame to see that the other reviews on here were not satisfactory- B and S obviously have issues which need addressing.”

“Excellent service from start to finish . Furniture delivered with in 11 days of the order being placed . Had to change the delivery date and was able to bring the date forward . Call from the delivery team to say they would 30 mins . Great service from Phil and Craig B”
