“Not impressed at all with Barker and Stonehouse. The first sofa was damaged and the second sofa was faulty and dangerous according to the technician. The. Told I have to wait another 3 months for a 3rd sofa. Quality control at the factory is clearly poor.”

“Julian at the Guildford branch was extremely helpful when we were choosing our new furniture. Very knowledgeable, provided cups of tea, and very pleasant to interact with. The order was delivered by two friendly, polite gentlemen who took away all the packaging and placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it to be. We will definitely be shopping again at Barker and Stonehouse and have already recommended the store to friends.”

“We had a problem with our sofa only a cover, over 3 months to get a replacement very poor customer service no updates we had to threaten legal action before we got some service.have been a customer for 25 years and never had anything but good service, we pay a premium to shop with yourselves so the service should reflect that. We are currently building a new house which will need furnished we will tread very carefully next time.”
