“Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, it’s never arrived! Trying to speak to customer service is an absolute joke- they promised a call back a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. The order was for my sons birthday in 2 days time and it’s clearly not going to arrive in time … thanks for spoiling his 2nd birthday”

“Brilliant prices and 1 of the toys was only on this site. I have told family and friends about this site as it's refreshing to see the different items that you stock I have 3 granddaughters under 10, 2 great grandchildren ages 4yrs and 1 month so I will be using this site for years. “I ordered the Nerf Trilogy late on 12th April. It was delivered extremely promptly on 14th April. I certainly can't fault that service and can understand why your company receives so many highly complimentary reviews. “My first order payment never worked so I reordered it again got that order but still getting told by Klarna that it’s still on my account as you have not reported to them that I never got the first order Shocking as am fed up calling about it and nothing getting done bad bad customer service”

“I love this site, I always come here to check prices as the packing always tends to be better than the other sites, and most of the time the toys are cheaper too and with free delivery. The customer service was excellent when we did have an issue over Christmas, it was resolved with plenty of time. I've recommended it to all of my friends.”

“I ordered from Bargain Max at the end of November. The parcel got to Evri on the 6th December, where it was stuck. I was informed by Evri to get in contact with the sender. I tried to get in contact with Bargain Max, by message it wouldn't send , by phone the line was constantly busy, by email which was ignored. I eventually got it after Christmas. I will not be ordering from Bargain Max again.”

On the 19th of December, you were refunded for this and were informed and once again were later informed of the refund on the 4th of January. Thank you, Bargain Max
