“Really easy to order and arrived within a few days the only issue was I ordered 3 Mario monopoly figures and I got 2 of the same, you’d think with ordering 3 at a time you wouldn’t get a duplicate figure.”

“Easy purchase, excellent customer service and delivery. I did only give 4 stars as the toy I purchased came in forgien packaging so couldn't understand instructions. The toy itself though was perfect. I would buy from bargain max again but not if its got a gift.”

“Quick service. The box containing the item (M.A.X Meccano Advanced Xfactor) was slightly damaged which was a shame because it was a birthday present. However the items inside where all intact and was greatly appreciated by its recipient.”

“I tried to cancel my order as it was no longer needed but the order had already been dispatched which shows how efficient Bargain Max are for dispatching orders but in my case not ideal. Bargain Max were quick to resolve the issue by saying when I receive the items they will arrange free return and issue a refund, fantastic customer service at first. I then had issues with returning by courier and emailed Bargain Max concerning this issue as advised by the courier. Three working days later am yet to receive a response..................”

“The wig was good for the price and arrived promptly. The only criticism is that it was very small for my 11 year old daughter and I had to sew on an elastic chin strap to stop it falling off. Really suitable for a small child, but no age was stated in the advert.”

“On your website the 2lol surprise pets got PET in large letters on the front of ball when they were delivered there was only very small print underneath lol saying pets they are a Birthday gift for my granddaughter on the April. I phoned customer service and they assured me they were series 4 and that they are pets so l hope they are because she will be disappointed on her birthday.”
