“Placed a lower review earlier, but want to correct it. An error on the website authorised payment but the order fell through giving some uncertainty. The helpdesk (facebook chat) was very helpful and still responded at quite odd hours. The package was announced the day after at Hermes and one (order split) was actually in the tracking system quite fast after. The price of the items was brilliant. Now all that rests is the quality on arrival :)”

“Good delivery times especially with current Covid issues. My only negetive comment is that there could have been more protective packing - there were a couple of small marks on both remotes. They still work fine though.”

“Considering I ordered during COVID lock down the order was dispatched quickly . I might add that this was also the best price I could find on the internet for the Disney Frozen dolls I ordered . The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars may be a little unfair as the delivery by Hermes was , for an unexplained reason, stopped half way through( I’d had all the tracking texts up to delivery point ) . It was then delivered after the Easter holiday . I’ve no idea what the issue was as probably not Bargain max issue but I have every confidence if the package hadn’t been delivered they would have dealt with it. I would have no hesitation to use them again and again”

“excellent prices and very prompt service. Down sides are limited range and using a courier which is not always reliable according to other reviews. The courier left my parcel on the doorstep despite us being all home so we were lucky no one took it”
