“Please amend this standard letter. ‘Receive’ is spelt incorrectly twice. My only comment regarding my order is delivery charges need to be clarified. I was informed wrongly by a member of your staff.”

“First time I have used this company at the behest of family to purchase presents for their daughters for Christmas. Very easy to use the website and the parcel arrived at its destination without problem as I forwarded them on to the recipient rather than me carry them on public transport.”
