“The product I received was fine, however I emailed to cancel the order withing plenty of time. I didn't receive any response despite contacting them 3 times. They still dispatched the item 3 days after my first email and never responded to me at all. So I'm now left with a duplicate present that would cost more to send back than its worth.”
