“very pleased with what I bought for my grand daughter would have like to have got it within two days but we got free delivery so cant grumble very pleased all round I am going to order more on my return from holiday thank you so much for your service very pleased”

“"Would have been five stars but delivery let you down. I ordered £160 worth of toys from barginmax.co.uk, When I ordered it said that I had free next day before 1pm delivery, which I thought was great as I had work at 2pm so I would definitely be in. I had problems tracking my order, so I gave them a ring to just double check it was on the way and would be with me before 1pm. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very sorry and said that their must have been a mix up on the website as I didn't order before 1pm so therefore my order would be with me before the end of the day not before 1pm. I was at work when it came and had to go and pick it up from a UPS access point, which I had a lot of trouble with as I couldn't track it so therefore didn't have a tracking number so the guy was very rude when trying to pick up my large order. Toys are very good quality and were packaged nicely, I will be ordering again. "”

“The purchasing and delivery was ok. I opened the pack on Monday and discovered that it was incomplete. I would have given it 5 stars but for the missing pieces. The box says there should be 2 blank letter tiles but there are none.”

“my scrabble arrived first thing the day after I ordered it. Sadly when unwrapped the game was lacking 2 blanks and several tiles were unmarked with there values., however I decided to keep the game and improvise”

“Ordering process did not record my address properly so courier was unable to deliver. However this was resolved over the phone and goods arrived, later than originally expected, would have given 5 stars otherwise. Will certainly try this site again.”

“Was happy with the prices, but the delivery let it down, as I paid for next day delivery and the UPS delivery service was poor, did not receive any communication as to when the product was being delivered and received it a week later. Despite this I would use this shop again but only when I'm not in a rush to receive products.”
