“After ordering my item it hadn't arrived over 10 days later. When I spoke to Customer Service it was dealt with in a quick friendly and efficient manner. My item was sent out with next day delivery at no extra cost. Thank you.”

“Good delivery time and responsive to email query as to whether or not the game was a genuine Hasbro game or a Chinese copy. They assured me it was a genuine Hasbro game. However about 10% of the Speak Out game cards had bad spelling errors. It took and hour with tippex and a black pen to correct them! Other than that...okay.”

“I was refunded after some of the sticks I bought were faulty so really pleased with the service. I am jubious about using my card online again though as the day after my card was refunded there were 2 fraudulent attempts to use my card. After the very first online order I made with Bargainmax, the same thing happened.”

“I was pleased with my purchase it was better than expected, the only thing I was disappointed with was that I paid for 24hr delivery, I had ordered the item late friday so didnt expect it to arrive the next day but did expect it to arrive on the monday, it didnt my parcel arrived on the tuesday, overall pleased with the item and one very happy little grandson”

“I placed an order for several items with BargainMax and was pleasantly surprised at how promptly my order arrived. I received my confirmation email immediately and overall the website was easy to navigate. My only complaint was for the delivery company - they left the package on my front door step. Firstly the package could have been stolen, secondly the items inside could have been damaged by the rain.”
