“Prompt delivery, most items I bought were value for money. Only one item wasn't well described online and was considerably smaller than expected and not fit for purpose. 7 days to notify of a return is quite short compared to other online retailers (amazon) so this just has to be made clear. Generally satisfied however.”

“Quality of product was as decribed and my 4 year old Neice is delighted with it. Delivered within agreed timescale, however courier did let me down as did not leave a card to say the parcel had been left and I only found it by chance in my bin.”

“Product was smashing and just the treat for the grandchildren (starwars pop-up tent); a negative aspect : delivery by Hermes took three attempts, however once I contacted the delivery driver we were able to successfully arrange drop.”
