“My parcel was dropped off at 12.58 today no one knocked just left behind bin noticed email at 17.50 as I been decorating all day went out and parcels gone been stolen I would like a refund and you sort out amazon the employee didn't even attemp to knock I would like refund to card used.”

“Not a fault with the products but more with who they use as a courier. Box arrived destroyed and showed my daughter the presents for her birthday.”

“Such an ease of navigation of thier website. Ease to order and payment types available. We were kept informed from the initial order to the actual delivery, which was without doubt very quick indeed. One item appeared to have had a label removed from the packaging, this was evident by cardboard having had the outer layer removed, but rest of packaging appeared to be fine, there was also part of another label stuck beneath our address label. One end appeared to have been re-taped also. On opening one package all was OK, second was not, it looked as though somebody had repackaged and returned, but to be honest with a quick check glance this could have been missed, the items required removing from the box to actually see they had been rebagged. Items are damaged though. Very quick response from Bargainmax. So excellent customer service.”

“Iv used you for so many birthdays and Christmas’s over the years never once had a problem the only thing I would say though is that you could do better on is the delivery time and updates! This would make you a 10/10 right now your more of a 7/10 as the delivery time is abit long and dragged out compared to other companies Iv used. But still a good genuine company that has amazing bargains 👍👏🏻”

“Definitely not going to listen to bad reviews again, was thinking I’ve been ripped of but in all fairness they was just behind on delivery’s , received all my toys I ordered and all in perfect condition boxed up nice and very happy will definitely order again sorry for being impatient and not giving yous time 😀 thank you”

“Product Description and Appearance spot on. Price was lower on BargainMax than any other, My little girl loves it, she’s a toddler who’s always depended on her pacifier to get to sleep but this made a difference now she’ll just snuggle it and go to sleep without a problem and without a pacifier too. BUT … to be paying around £30 for a child’s product which requires batteries to work , it would be standard to provide batteries.”
