“Good product, good price and good timeframe of delivery. Big negative… no packaging around the item. This close to Christmas there are lots of items coming for children. We orderdd a bike and it was due to be from Father Christmas, and it came in the original box with a massive picture in the said of the box. Potential to really spoilt Christmas”

“I was happy with the items I ordered and they were a lot cheaper than other places. The delivery was late but that was entirely down to the delivery company as the tracking showed. It also arrived in a damaged box but the items were fine,that's also the delivery company. I will definitely order from Bargain Max again.”

“No complaints at all about Bargain Max's service - time between order and dispatch was quick. But not impressed with choice of Yodel as delivery agents -- they sent out incorrect messages about delivery day and time and ended up delivering the day after they originally stated causing considerable inconvenience.”

“I order the barbie surprise box for my daughters birthday it turned up in real good time so that's a good start but I must say I was a little disappointed as it came in a small size box with the items packed in and I wouldn't say the content was worth 25 I could have got the items cheaper buying them separately, the advertised picture of the website was very different to what arrived, but my daughter was happy and that's all that matters”

“My parcel was dropped off at 12.58 today no one knocked just left behind bin noticed email at 17.50 as I been decorating all day went out and parcels gone been stolen I would like a refund and you sort out amazon the employee didn't even attemp to knock I would like refund to card used.”

“Not a fault with the products but more with who they use as a courier. Box arrived destroyed and showed my daughter the presents for her birthday.”
