“Always happy with my orders from bargin max however the pokemon smart watch i paid £34.99 for my sons birthday was dissapointing the watch itself is really good but the fastener on the strap watch fell off after only wearing it once at his party so now i am going to have to find somewhere that can try and fix it.”

“Service was fantastic, arrives much quicker than stated. Ordered a Barbie colour reveal for my daughter although it hasn't been opened yet because it's from Santa Claus but it looks great and I'm quite sure that my daughter will enjoy it.”

“Ordered next day delivery paid £5.99 & still come 6days Late.... Avoid the slush puppie cups / syrups their Nasty & 100% DONT WORK .. Had cup in freezer 24hrs didn't work so did 48hrs still don't work .. Waste of money”

“Really pleased to have found an alternative toy store. Decent prices and all arrived quickly. Only thing was the packers and delivery company et the tram down. There were quite a few toys for a birthday and one of the items was in really bad shape. The box was totally crushed and the courier further decimated ... complete with holes. It was luck more packages inside were not damaged. Other than that, one very happy child.”

“Cheapest prices for toys and always delivered on time. I have ordered quite a few times from here and usually everything is fine. Only had an issue once where there were pieces missing from a toy and they couldn't replace it. They refunded 1/3 of what I paid.”
