“Excellent item at a brilliant price and delivery was quick. However I missed the parcel and I paid for next day courier service. It did not come the next day and I got in contact with BarginMax via their help service. Unfortunately no one replied back. Thankfully I got in touch with the courier as he was delivering another parcel for me and he chased it and it took five days for the parcel to get to me.”

“I can not comment on the toy itself as it is a gift yet to be received, however, I am able to comment on order and delivery of the item. It was an easy transaction and was delivered Very quickly. Packaging was great. Box not damaged in any way at all (which naturally you would expect). The one thing I would advise you to look at is how much of a deal you are actually getting, The helmet I purchased was advertised as being over £37 reduced, originally £46 ending @£9.99. I checked on Amazon and the normal price is £13! As it happened the toy with this company was still cheaper by a few pound but it was still misleading. Other than that I am happy because it was still cheaper than anywhere else.”

“BargainMax service was great. However, the actual toy is not as good as other Thomas and Friends as does not have the power other models have and so struggles on anything other than the flat surface. May be why they have stopped making them.”
