“I don’t know how many times I have tried to Get through to this company to ask them how I make a return I’ve emailed them and still no response it says to fill out the box in the FAQ so I’m now stuck with a present I do not want.”

“Dissapointed it took 5 days to dispatch an order that should be here by tomorrow and now won’t be, I ordered from smyths on Saturday and received yesterday on Sunday, also with free delivery, so I know where I will be going in future, now I’m unsure if order that was placed 10 days before Christmas will arrive on time, as it has now also only been showing as expected by Hermes for over 24 hours”
