The blades are very sharp.
The only downside is that the package was slightly damaged on the inside: the plastic case holding the trimmer in place was broken which means I can't use it. This is very minimal and I'm only mentioning it because is a very good product and it would be perfect with a better case.
Somthing to hold the trimmer in place while charging would be great as well: I'd be happy to display the trimmer on the bathroom shelf instead of having to put it away in the box each time.
