Received some headphones which i used ones and had to return to them about 1 week after i got them had to wait nearly a week to get a date for a return pick up , waited in all day but did not come .. after some time i managed to get them back to them stating i would like a refund . that was 3 weeks ago now and have still not been refunded . lucky i always pay paypal so have asked paypal to retrive my money .... will not be using this company again due to the poor service .....

Well. I don't understand why i have to wait 1 week to received a 2k value order. while it should just be despatch on the following day. Ps: If pay 7 quid you would received it on the next day :(

Bought an item listed as open box, was surprised to find it covered in scratches and mud when it arrived. Still usable, but probably not going to buy again.

Recently ordered two Lenovo Thinkcentres and they arrived next day which was impressive considering I place the order late in the afternoon. But I had reason to contact the customer service regarding an issue, but have received no response. Good at taking your money but aftercare is poor

Service from Ballicom was fine. Good price and despatched very quickly. However they used Parcelforce for delivery who made only one attempt to deliver, returned the item to depot, left a card with no reference number and no clear instructions about how to get the item redilevered. Parcelforce do not seem to understand that their job is to deliver the parcel to my house! Most other delivery companies now send messages in advance to advise of expected delivery date/time and allow you to arrange an alternative date. I advise Ballicom to change their carrier.
