"Service from Ballicom was fine. Good price and despatched very quickly. However they used Parcelforce for delivery who made only one attempt to deliver, returned the item to depot, left a card with no reference number and no clear instructions about how to get the item redilevered. Parcelforce do not seem to understand that their job is to deliver the parcel to my house! Most other delivery companies now send messages in advance to advise of expected delivery date/time and allow you to arrange an alternative date. I advise Ballicom to change their carrier."
