Purchasing the equipment was straightforward however, first there was some confusion about when the machine would be despatched and then it was despatched to the wrong address.
I talked to several people trying to resolve this and eventually was offered a refund and told I could re-order.
I decided that since I had been told that the machine was on its way I would prefer to avoid any more confusion so it was delivered to my address near Deal in Kent.
The actual address was in Caterham approximately 80 miles away and because the machine was needed as soon as possible I delivered it myself.
