I have ordered Hewlett Packard Enterprise USB to ethernet adapter. What I have received is not a HPE product and the customer service is not accepting the fact. I have orderd HPE - Network adapter, with Hewlett Packard Enterprise logo on the image and also on the link to the product, and I got a generic USB2.0 Ethernet Adapter with very low quality and not sealed when arrived! On the adapter says "Queen Promotions LLC". I paid £30 including delivery that can be bought for £7 off Amazon. Update: they have now accepted that wrong item was sent.

Good website, good price and fast delivery. The only thing that spoilt it slightly was that I'm fairly sure the monitor I received was a return i.e. had been previously opened and unpacked. Having treated myself to quite an expensive monitor, this was a little disheartening for me initially. However, having tried the monitor out it's in pristine condition and working perfectly. Overall am very happy.

At first, there were some issues but after the issues, the support team got me a replacement. Now that I have got the replacement I am very happy with the price and product.

Product good, price good, delivery time good but making it a signed for package caused several,problems for me as not in and parcel force will not leave a parcel with a neighbor or in a safe place so I had to specially organise to stay at home to receive the goods and sign for them Please alter this to make it easier for your customers

After an initial 35% restocking fee was asked for a more realistic 10% was offered.. We have bought It off Ballicom for several years and this is the first time we need to return an item. Unfortunately the outer wrapper had been removed but the laptophad not been powered up so is still in pristeen condition. A little dissapointed that we had to fight with a supplier that has been so good over the years.

Overall, I received excellent service. My order was shipped promptly once payment was sorted out. There was an issue with my payment and the staff were curtious when contacting me. However, it was odd that my order was cancelled without asking for an alternative form of payment. My biggest criticism is that your logo says "Ballicom International", yet you don't allow individuals to pay for things with international credit / debit cards. I was a little frustrated and disappointed by this. Otherwise, I was very happy the the prices and service.
