“Good website, good price and fast delivery. The only thing that spoilt it slightly was that I'm fairly sure the monitor I received was a return i.e. had been previously opened and unpacked. Having treated myself to quite an expensive monitor, this was a little disheartening for me initially. However, having tried the monitor out it's in pristine condition and working perfectly. Overall am very happy.”

“MOST DEFINITELY AVOID, Check the machine as soon as you get it , run your laptop and check the spec against what you have paid for, otherwise its a whole heap of aggravation. , oh how i wish i had never been recommended this company. Pay a little bit more and go to a Curry's or Argos.”

“Wow and just wow, what more can I say, I'm very pleased with the service Ballicom provides. By far the cheapest we found on the net spoke to Pavi about originally just quoting for server. But ended up placing the entire order with them. Excellent service all around. Had an issue with one of the drives a week later, Lee in customer service sorted the issue out within 24 hours. thank you guys.”

“The worst returns process I've ever experienced. Pushing two months without a sever that is sold with a three year warranty. Two months, dozens of emails and phone calls. Always promising they will call or message back and they never do with chasing and chasing and chasing. Update: Eventually an executive became involved and resolved the situation, but it shouldn't not have had to get to that stage.”

“At first, there were some issues but after the issues, the support team got me a replacement. Now that I have got the replacement I am very happy with the price and product.”
