The worst returns process I've ever experienced. Pushing two months without a sever that is sold with a three year warranty. Two months, dozens of emails and phone calls. Always promising they will call or message back and they never do with chasing and chasing and chasing. Update: Eventually an executive became involved and resolved the situation, but it shouldn't not have had to get to that stage.
