“Both hotels exceeded our expectations and all the arrangements worked out perfectly. We were blown away by Croatia and your selection of places to stay and visit were spot on. We will return to Croatia and would most certainly use Balkan Escape who we would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for making it a fantastic holiday.”

“It was good to be given a choice of hotels in the resorts we chose and some help to make up our minds! Staff at both our hotels, Bol on Brac and in Split were friendly, helpful and efficient - a delight! Private transfers certainly lessen any stress and were all on time with no problems. To be able to sort out any worries in advance with the office is a bonus. I would use Balkan Travel again and would have no problem recommending them to to others (and have done)”

“Excellent service from Jack from the start. All 3 accommodations were well positioned, 2 appartments and 1 hotel. Transfers to and from airport plus ferry crossings all went without a hitch. Drivers were waiting on time both times. Lots of information was provided on things to do/see at each location. Cannot fault anything, would use them again and have already recommended to friends and family”

“I contacted Balkan Escape with my requirements relating to a multi stop holiday in Croatia along with target price. I received a prompt response and an itinerary which met my requirements. The hotels selected were excellent and the locations accessible to the main tourist hot spots. The transfers to and from the Airport were seamless and all the necessary documents were received well in advance. We visited many of the sites that were recommended by Balkan Escape and they were highly enjoyable. I would happily recommend Balkan Escape to friends and family as first choice for booking holidays on the Dalmatian Coast.”

“We knew very little about Croatia - Jack helped us plan our holiday - in fact he planned it for us. From start to finish it couldn't have gone better. Our location in Split was perfect. The hotel in Hvar was beautiful and the hotel in Dubrovnik was just amazing. I couldn't complain about a single thing...oh wait, the minibus for the return airport transfer was 20 minutes late - but even then he called the hotel to let us know. So if that's the only negative thing i have to say I think that sums it up! We had never done multi site holidays so I was nervous about traveling to three different locations but everything was as per Jacks instructions - we were met from the catamarans, we knew where to catch the catamarans, what time to get there, what to expect the other end. Check in at hotels was seamless...transfers were smooth, basically everything was as we were told. The standard of the hotels was absolutely amazing - the nicest we have stayed in outside of the UK. * Would I change anything, suggest any improvements? No, we couldn't fault a single thing. Would I recommend the company and Jack - 100% yes. Absolutely- we would highly recommend them and all of the places we have been.. Thank you Balkan Escapes and Jack for a memorable and beautiful holiday.”

“Just returned from Montenegro (2 locations) and Croatia (1 location) Kotor in Montenegro was fantastic, full of life, great restaurants and drinking holes. The hotel was very quaint and in a good location, staff very friendly, bit noisy at night but no complaints and would recommend a short stay to anyone. One of the most scenic places I have ever been too. Budva also in Montenegro was a different kettle of fish, hotel was amazing, great location, staff very friendly, food perfect and an amazing pool which was really needed as it was so hot. Old town was so pretty and full of character but the other side of the resort was very loud and more suited to a younger person. Saying that we had a great time. What can I say about the hotel and resort in Cavtat (Croatia)... amazing and would differently not only recommend it to others but would come back again and only 15 minutes from the airport. Hotel perfect, staff friendly and views to die for and only a 45 minute boat trip to Dubrovnik if you wanted to visit. This is the 4th holiday we have booked with Balkan Escape and certainly won't be the last, they take away any stress that might be there, from flight booking and checking in to transfers to and from different resorts.”

“We have just returned from our 3rd holiday to Croatia booked through Balkan Escape and yet again we could not have been more delighted with the trip. Jack is always extremely helpful with planning our trips (this time a 3 centre stay) and everything ran like clockwork. We are always impressed with the quality of accommodation, organisation of transfers and of course the excellent customer service! My daughter and her friend have also been to Hvar this Summer, again booked through Balkan Escape (of course!) and again everything was just perfect! Thank you Jack for all your hard work!”

“Booked a 4 resort holiday involving a 3 night stay in 4 different areas of Croatia. I had a plan in mind but Jack helped Taylor this based on our requirements. We ended up doing Split, Hvar, Brac & finally Dubrovnik. All the hotels and travel arrangements ran without a hitch and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. All docs were sent to us in adequate time & we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Would definitely choose Balkan Escapes again. It took all the hassle out of our trip and made it what a holiday should be, an adventure & a welcome break from work!! Thank you!”
