“The pan is georgious, but the delivery to Europe is very expensive, because DHL takes €18 for handling the VAT. VAT is also charged for the delivery fee of £ 26. So I paid approx. £90 for the pan. This is not your fault.”

“I purchased several items, all of which are of excellent quality. They all arrived within a fortnight of ordering. The T65 flour has worked well which produced a good oven spring, especially considering it was my first attempt at a sourdough loaf. I shall be purchasing more from this firm in the future.”

“I was thrilled with the flours and sugar pearls. I made the recipe provided for Finnish shortbread and my grown up children enjoyed it. They said it was a little less sweet than English shortbread.”

“I was pleased when the Kaiser bread stamp came back into stock. I didn't want to buy from other sellers on Ebay etc as I felt sure the BakeryBits one was worth waiting for. Haven't had a chance to use it yet. It is quite expensive for a lightweight plastic tool so I hope it does a good job when I do get around to making some bread rolls. Quick delivery and well packaged.”

“Great bread baked with Matthews organic strong white flour and Cotswold crunch. Used the bread mat to put the dough into the cast iron pot and easily remove it. I get compliments from friends on the lovely taste of my bread.”
