“When ordering, I made a mistake in the address. You corrected it quickly and delivery was fast. One suggestion to your web order form. It wasn't clear that the information in the "Organization" field was to be printed on the top line of the address. This messed up the address, since I wanted the parcel to be sent to my home address. Then I entered organization (which is further down in the web form) and this _replaced_ my name as addressee. The parcel would have bounced.”
