“Having made a mistake when ordering I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to amend it. I rang on the Monday morning and the lady I spoke to was very helpful, she sorted my order out and the refund was in my account in a few days, thank you. The scarves arrived quickly. They are well made and will look great.”
