“Excellent customer service - I re-ordered another batch of our Scout group neckers, and in my error, I selected the wrong shade of blue and MBC, without my asking, checked my previous order then informed me that it was a different colour that I'd selected and did I want to still proceed. Of course I needed our originl choice of colour, so MBC saved me a lot of money. Thank you!”
