“I’ve owned 2 pairs of clogs for several years and I love them. I use them in the garden but one pair is looking a bit tatty, hence why I decided to replace one. I was looking forward to receiving a pair of the dog clogs but was so disappointed when I realised you have changed the sizing and they are too big. I am a standard size 4 but they are just too ‘roomy’ around the upper part of my foot. So sadly, I think they will have to be returned.”

“Would have preferred back strap, a friend recommended them but I find they don't stay on very well, I should have gone with original Croc style! But well made and ideal if stayed on”

“Unfortunately my clogs were not as expected. I chose the washed canvas trainer type. To me they looked different on the pictures on your website. They are very comfortable and good quality it's just that the design looks so painted on that I think they look a bit naff! I probably should have returned them to you straight away but stupidly I have worn them now. My fault for choosing that design I suppose. Should have just ordered a plain colour/brogue type clog. No problem with your company at all. I love my flip flops!”

“Unfortunately the top of the inside of the right shoe has a slight defect which has caused rubbing and as a result one of my toes now has a blister - not sure what I should do? Can you please advise - other than that the build quality is acceptable. Hope to hear from you. Thanks Neil Sterrett 16th May 2020”

“Good service but product was not checked before shipping. The heel is sliced on one shoe. The “buy one size larger” rule Is a little misleading. In my case maybe half a size larger. Yes I know you don’t do half sizes. Just saying, I can slip my foot in to the shoe but also my heel slips out as I walk. The tread is great and the primary reason I bought them.”

“They are not as good as I thought , they the inserts see a bit small, also thought the back would be a bit higher, but they look nice, and very comfortable.”

“Second pair bought as replacement for 6-7 year old pair. Quality still good but fit is not quite the same. Narrower and higher on the foot. Preferred old fit, even with extra insoles.”

“Arrived promptly. Good quality, practical and nice looking shoes. A little narrow and pinching my small toe. However, this seems to be improving the more I wear them.”

“Unfortunately I think I should have ordered the better quality of these flip flops (£21), because I am finding these £14 ones rough and uncomfortable to wear. the size was size four not six.”

“The backdoor shoes are fine the only issue is that although I followed the instructions when I purchased them that you should by a size bigger than the normal size of shoes worn they are now rather large for my wife’s feet. My wife has small feet and normally takes a size 3 in most styles so I followed the instructions and bought a size 4 when a size 3 would have been the correct size. They may fit a little bit better in the winter when my wife will have socks on but they will always be too big by around 20-25 centimetres”

“Lovely product, light, but not very supportive, quite wide for my feet. However, great to slip on to pop outside, but not great for the garden use.”

“I bought these to wear in the hospital rather than black crocs during the covid outbreak. The picture at the front is actually already fading which is really disappointing considering how much they cost. Also, they are not good for letting your feet breathe! How ever they are super cute and make me laugh every time I look at my feet. In truth I wouldn’t buy them again though!”

“I decided to keep the shoes. There is a difference in size. It says size 6 in both of them, but the Right shoe is bigger ( maybe 1 number) And I know the my feet are different, but that is not the issue here. There is also a slightly difference in the colour. The right shoe is more yellow than the other. I now I have to accept differences from the production . So I decided not to return the shoes even I am not fully saticefied.”

“Have had several pairs over the years but these will probably be my last. These feel like they are more lightweight and less substantial than previous pairs. The pattern is already scuffing off just from my dog standing on one of them and the sole is already wearing. Only had them a week. Might have to sit H back to my old pair....”

“They are very well made and look good, but I ordered size 5 and they were too big and for me personally not comfortable..... So unfortunately I have returned them and would like a refund, but for someone else they may be fine.”

“I gave the shoes a 3 star because the concept of the shoes is a brilliant one but I found that the stiffness of the shoes difficult to keep on my feet without socks on and the soles became very slippery in the wet. I love clogs had a pair throughout my life so it's not because I'm not used to them. I also didn't receive my free gift as stated in my rhs magazine.”

Good Morning, I have just seen your review and wanted to offer a few hints, if you warm them up (using a low heat on the hairdryer) they will become softer, or with time they will start to soften. If you had contacted us directly we would have sent out your free lunch bag to you. It was missed from your order when it was originally sent out. It will be posted out to you today.
