Terrible quality ! All legs going loose after one of 2 days, table and chairs affected, have to fix it with glue and other tricks, would not buy again.

My overall experience was very poor indeed. I ordered a simple thing for my son’s first birthday and it never arrived. I received a full refund but was not told it wasn’t coming or in stock or any reason as to why it didn’t turn up. Would never order from kidly again.

I received my shoes and they were nothing like the image on their site. They are cheap and badly made and the sole is not flexible and very hard. The exact same pair are on Temu for $11.99 and I paid $59.99. I purchased from them because they advertise as local actually everything in there advertised statements seem to be false.

Sizing guide says a UK 6 is a US 7. So I ordered a UK 6 however upon receiving they are sized like a US 6 as I compare them to my sons others like sandals. Paying to return to the UK from the US will be more than the shoes cost so stuck with a too small shoe I’ll have to donate.

Someone else’s order arrived. Despite having the correct packing slip, not a single thing I ordered was in the box. Returned 10 days ago and haven’t heard a thing.

Chairs broke from a table and chairs set and it has taken over 4 months to receive a refund. I'm still waiting. Customer service team are not very helpful despite empty promises.

Hello Abril, I am sorry you haven't received your order. I have checked the tracking link and the Royal Mail website states the order was delivered on Tuesday (see extract below). If this wasn't the case please do get in touch with our customer care team via the chat icon on our website and they will be happy to help. James "Your item has been delivered to your nominated collection point on 09-07-2024 and it's now ready for you to collect. Your nominated collection point was selected at the point of order. This was either a Post Office® branch or Royal Mail Customer Service Point."

After ordering the same swim vest four times in size 3-4 I gave up as they kept sending me 2-3 and it was costing me £7.50 for priority to get it in time for our holiday. Very disappointing!

WORST products EVER! Bought two pairs of shoe's, 1 broken with the heel detached and the other was completely the wrong size. The reason I bought from MORI was because their website says they are an Australian company LIES!! When trying to return after being messed around for ten days with back and forth emails they finally sent me a return address and its in China! Do not buy from here, you will be greatly disappointed.

Hello there, I am so sorry you haven't received your parcel. I have checked our system and can see your order was placed on a Sunday evening (12th May) and we shipped it at 11am on the following day. The tracking link emailed to you states that Royal Mail attempted delivery two days later but that there was no answer. Have you contacted our help team via the chat icon on the website? I hate to think of you waiting so long to resolve this. Unfortunately unless you let us know, we have no way of knowing there is an issue, so therefore no way of helping you. We'd be more than happy to help and arrange a replacement for you if you contact the team. They are online 9am to 5pm every day waiting to help. James

Hello Damien, I'm so sorry your order has not arrived. I can see that it shipped within 24 hours of you placing it. After such a long time it is likely to have been lost in transit by the carrier. Unfortunately this can happen, even with the tracked service we use. I can see in the system you've also contacted our customer care team alongside writing this review. I ordered two items. One of the items I ordered was very poor quality. It didn’t look much like the picture shown. When I tried to contact kidly, there was no contact number to call, So it was a bit of hassle to get in contact. When I had arranged a delivery for collection of the item, I waited in all day for no one to show up to collect the item. I don’t think this was kidlys fault. Although my whole experience has not been great.
