awful so very. disapointed - I ordered realised I had by error ordered the. wrong item emailed immediatley to be told it was being processed and could not be refunded so returned as soon a sit arrived and this item has been delivered. to. the warehouse and stillnot refunded. I have ordered from you guys before without hicup but this returns service is awful. Please refund my money - order 2016321520 Rachel

They sent the wrong item, promised to send me what I had originally ordered - heard nothing . When I emailed them , I was then told my item was now out of stock! Really diappointing. I won't buy from them again.

Zero stars for the terrible so called leather orthopaedic sandals. Nothing like advertised. Cheap plastic junk, don't fit properly and poor poor quality.... Straight out of China 😡

If I could give no stars I would. This company isn’t based in Melbourne. Have not responded to emails within 24 hours as stated. They are just scammers taking money and running. Quality of items appalling. Returns to China.. not existent as they won’t accept mine.

I ordered an easel as a present and was waiting to hear when it would be delivered but it never arrived! I had an email to say my money was being refunded but no explanation. Won’t order from here again

I really dislike the fact that there is no telephone number to speak to a person when things go wrong . I love the products but the communication was terrible . I had to message several times as there was no continuity each time I had to start the conversation from the beginning . I ordered 2 items after over 1 week I’d received no items and no messages. After messaging was told there had been an error on dispatches for 25th September and they would now dispatch next day delivery. Only one item arrived with no reference to the other product. Then had to message again root out the delivery note from the bin to prove I hadn’t received the item. Then oh it was out of stock we forgot to let you know and will now refund you ,so that wasn’t even done automatically. I wanted to order the scoot and ride for our granddaughters Xmas present with a matching helmet but I will be seeking another supplier for that purchase !!

Have never dealt with a company of this sort and will be boycotting their products. I placed an order in September (bodysuits and a sweater for my toddler) and received a pair of giant adult-sized slippers. I brought this to the attention of customer service and accidentally made a typo in my order number, leading them to generate a “denial of receipt” letter with an incorrect shipping address.They claimed that my package was tampered with during the shipping process and that it was not their mistake. I did not double check the order number or the shipping address and signed the letter. I’m a working mom; I DON’T HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH THINGS LIKE THIS. They proceeded to deliver it to that address, so I never got my package. They then said if they didn’t receive the package in intact condition, it would be considered fraud and would go to the police. I have NEVER in my life dealt with something like, especially when the mistake was made on their part (or the delivery service?). Would never have even gotten to this point if i got the correct package in the first place. I admit, I ordered from them initially because their quality is great, but their customer service is abysmal. My boycotting their company will hardly make a difference, but hopefully the customer service agent, who threatened me (“KAY” - yes I’m calling you out), will lose a little sleep at night and have it on their conscience that they should really look into finding another job.

I have not received the bib. Tracking it has helped but after two weeks I haven’t received it. Apparently, the bib had to go through customs more than once. The baby shower is over so as soon as I receive it, I will return it.

Hello Elizabeth, I am so sorry to hear you havent received your order. I have looked at the tracking and it states your order was delivered at 17:48 on Mon 07 Oct 2024. I've talked to our customer care team and they say you havent been in touch with them so hopefully thats a good sign and you did receive your order. If not, please do hit the chat icon on the website and the team will be able to assist you right away in tracking down your order or getting a replacement out to you. Not great... The bag didn't arrive... DPD said they tried to deliver it but they didn't.... then it got sent back to Kidly.... Bag was no longer available.... refund issued... but not for postage.... I have no bag and I'm out of pocket for the postage.....

Hi Jennifer, I'm so sorry DPD failed to deliver to you and sent the order back to us. That's very frustrating for us both. In this scenario you should of course be refunded for your full order, plus delivery. I am sorry this didnt happen. It was a complete oversight on our part. We have to click a separate area in our new system to refund delivery charges and we made a mistake in not doing that with your order. I can see in our system that you have also had a conversation with our customer care team and they have rectified this for you already, refunding the delivery charge and adding a discount code on a future order as well, by way of apology. Please accept my apologies again and I do hope to see you back at KIDLY soon. James

Unfortunately I ordered a bottle but no straw was included. My only method of contacting was via a pop up on the website. I gave my order number but no response.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a scam. My mom ordered shoes from them, they were not correct and very flimsy especially when advertised for people with bad feet. They now want us to send the shoes to China to get a refund. THIS IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING. They steal people's money right from under their noses. I am fuming as R1000 is a lot of money

The shoes are absolutely terrible. They are hard plastic Chinese cheap shoes. Definitely not orthopedic level shoes. They aren’t even allowing me to return it. Please stay far away from this store! It is an absolute and total scam!

Hello, I am so sorry you did not receive your order. Looking at the tracking information shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery twice to your address with no success and the order was not subsequently collected from their delivery office. The order is now on its way back to us. I can see it arrived at our local Royal Mail hub on Wednesday, so it should arrive back with us shortly, at which point you will be refunded for your order. My experience is very bad because I have not received my items yet. Royal mail is terrible. Also on a previous occasion I received my item 20 days later, too late for what I needed. I strongly advise you to rely on a different courier. I hope to receive my items before I leave

Cancelled the first order without letting me know. Didn't refund it. (Still waiting for someone to reply my email) Second order arrived but no tag on the shorts. We think they have been used . But we will never know.
