Hello Damien, I'm so sorry your order has not arrived. I can see that it shipped within 24 hours of you placing it. After such a long time it is likely to have been lost in transit by the carrier. Unfortunately this can happen, even with the tracked service we use. I can see in the system you've also contacted our customer care team alongside writing this review. I ordered two items. One of the items I ordered was very poor quality. It didn’t look much like the picture shown. When I tried to contact kidly, there was no contact number to call, So it was a bit of hassle to get in contact. When I had arranged a delivery for collection of the item, I waited in all day for no one to show up to collect the item. I don’t think this was kidlys fault. Although my whole experience has not been great.

It’s been bad I have not received my parcels! I got intouch! Re ordered and just been informed it’s on the way back to kidly for the second time! Get someone get intouch and help me sort this out as the main item is a pink xs tri bike helmet and my little one has been waiting weeks so she can use her bike

I ordered an item that isn't shown here, but it didn't arrive. I got a dispatch note for three out of four items and a refund for the missing item, with no explanation. I popped onto live chat which was very responsive and I was provided with a free delivery code to reorder the missing item, which I had to do myself. I was very frustrated when that second order was also refunded and my two year old was left disappointed for a second time. Again, I had to ask what happened as I hadn't received any communication explaining the order had been cancelled. It seems the systems can't keep up and allowed me to order something that wasn't in stock (twice) and I had to make contact myself to find out about it. The products are fantastic, but the service is very hit and miss.

This is not a reflection of my experience with Kidly per se but my experience with their chosen courier. The item looks amazing in pictures and I was very excited about my son receiving it but it’s been weeks of Royal Mail attempting deliveries and “missing” them even though my full address is clearly mentioned. I even requested a new delivery and mentioned my flat number next to my name so they don’t miss it but they still manage to miss it and I get an email saying delivery attempted even though I was home and no one rang the buzzer or called me. It’s extremely frustrating

Purchased under the offer of "60% Off Everything" when it wasn't. My email bought no response. I could kick myself for being gullible enough to believe Kidly when they said "60% Off Everything" that they meant it.

Took 8 days before they dispatched them out so didnt get the products in time for our trip - then they tried to blame it on Royal Mail instead of taking responsibility on their end.

Bought some presents for granddaughter but 8 days later, (after her birthday) the tracking didn't seem to get updated. In fact, the delivery people seemed to have collected it but then lost the entire order. I complained to Kidly and they said they'd get back to me in 8 working day!!! - long past the birthday. They did contact me at the end of the 8th day and just said that it had been lost and that they'd refund me the whole amount. As if that was compensation for all the hassle AND missing the birthday. I found similar items on Amazon and they arrived within 2 days and with accurate tracking info. I'll just use Amazon next time! Lesson learned!

I had a terrible experience with KIDLY, and would rate even lower if I could. I made a mistake, which I will put my hands up and admit to openly. I selected an autofilled address in my device that still had an old address. I thought I double-checked, and was wrong. Immediately I got in touch to change the address, but computer said "no." Evidently the dispatching process was too quick at the warehouse. Can I cancel the order? Not now that it's been dispatched. What can I do? I was panicking a bit now, because this was a sizeable order and had quite a few children's birthday presents in it. I was told to contact the courier once I received my dispatch email. When that email finally arrived, three hours and twenty minutes after ordering (I checked), I found out the courier and got in touch. Nothing they can do, but assured me nobody would keep an item and it would immediately be returned to sender. The item is now with whoever lives at my old address and I'm out of pocket having to scramble around replacing gifts (using websites who can alter a delivery when you get in contact immediately - so most others). I did make a complaint, suggesting they provide better communication with the warehouse in case this happens again. Especially as the courier told me this is a common occurrence, particularly with elderly people. I was told I'd receive a refund if the items were redirected, and my other concerns were otherwise blown off completely. I'm deeply saddened to find how unforgiving and nonchalant the customer service team at KIDLY are. Given my tendency to make stupid mistakes, it is unfortunate to say I can no longer trust that I can confidently purchase anything from them in future.

The present still hasnt been delivered and the PO said they would tell when it was delivered. So the following questions are irrelevant. It is probably the PO fault as they have the item, but have not delivered it or told me were or when it will be delivered. This is the last thing I need at the moment, chasing up a birthday present. If its not delivered then I would like a refund please. The post office tracking is not working in this situation.

Worst company ever, parcel never arrived and they didn’t care! Won’t be shopping with them again. What a waste of money!!
