Reported item damaged on arrival. Customer service is slow at responding replied to them on Monday no response until a day later and then told that they are speaking with their supplier with no time estimation of when this will be resolved.

Frankly the whole experience has been disappointing. We ordered a toy that arrived missing parts. We then got sent a replacement that HAD THE SAME PARTS MISSING! So now, we have two incomplete toys and are awaiting a third. Emails back and forth are fine, emojis come across as patronising though. I'm an adult, I don't need a smiley face on an email. I seriously doubt I'll be ordering from here again due to the faff of this. Disappointed to say the least.

I never received my parcel, the courier system (evri) that you use is extremely poor and my parcel has got lost.

It was a shame you use evri to deliver. My package was left in tge wet out in my front garden. No effort to knock. And they had the cheek to send me a delivery message of someone elses package in a front porch! I wont use kidly again unless the postage/ delivery service is improved.

I received the complete wrong item (a Santa teddy bear instead of a book). It was such a random mistake. The operative was kind bit couldn't help. Told me I could keep the toy and instantly sent a refund. I would have liked the option of having the correct item sent to me even if it wouldn't be here for Christmas. Disappointing.

I am disappointed with my experience. The parcel didn’t arrive within the specified delivery time frame. I was advised that a refund was given (without enquiring if that was how I wanted to proceed) but this has not reached my account yet. I would like the item to be sent to me by complimentary express delivery with the 10% first order discount code which I was unable to use initially.

This is a joke company as I've been asked for a review for almost £200 worth of goods that have NOT been delivered. I'm fuming at the cheek of this. Tell you what-give me what I have paid for and I'll post an appropriate review.

Terrible. I didn’t receive my parcel, it got sent back to your warehouse. Then I was told that more than half of my order is not in stock and it’s taken three days for your very slow customer services team to send me out what you have. Wouldn’t shop with you again, absolutely atrocious customer services

Not good at all, I’ve been expecting my granddaughters dolls house since 1st December..I have been informed that it’s with Evri, lost or just late I don’t know. I have been informed that I can wait a few days or get a refund as this product is out of stock now. Very disappointed with the company & I won’t be ordering from you again. Nicola Morley

Still haven’t received the order which was placed 10 days a go. Companies really should not use Evri as their supplier.

Hi Kidley, I never received your product and I had to reorder it. I had to raise a complaint with Evri as they advised the parcel was delivered however this was not the case. Can you please look into this?

Pakage badly wrapped and one boot very crushed with an imperfection (bubble) on top. Returned them the next next day. Asked for another pair and have heard nothing.

Ok up to the point of delivery. The courier said it had been delivered and sent a photo of the package supposedly at our front door. Only problem was it was not our front door. After being told they would reply within 24 hours, I then spent an hour walking through the snow searching other streets with a house number 7 in them. Eventually I found the package a few streets away and sitting in the sleet. The box was sodden but the toys seem ok. Very disappointing experience.
