“Received good customer service from Aztec Leisure with regard to return and replacement of a faulty item which was nearly 12 months old, very refreshing in this day and age!”

“Holy moly, the delivery delayed 3 times. Got it after the 3rd delivery date confirmed. Unpacked and looked decent. Put onto my van.. and the thing is about as magnetic as glass, it just slid straight off!!! WTF!!!! I understand this should be used alongside a Guide line, (not supplied) but the thing should at least stick to the van under it’s on weight!!”

Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback and I am sorry to see that your order was delayed. I have looked into this and it appears that there was a major traffic incident that caused the 24-hour delivery delay after it was dispatched from our warehouse on the 15th of July. “Excellent service from the first telephone call to the very prompt delivery. When I first rang the knowledge, support and advice from Gavin was first class. I needed to purchase a zig unit for a 1996 ford transit auto sleeper. Due to its age I clearly needed to ensure the new zig unit was compatible. Gavin checked measurements and the wiring so that I could order with confidence over the phone (too far away for me to attend in person). I had previously tried auto sleeper and they had no interest in helping me. I ordered Monday afternoon (not long before closing) and received Wednesday morning. It’s now fitted and I will definitely use you again.”
