“Ordered Omnia cooker + grill. Received a book and the grill. Phoned up and they immediately said would send out a cooker. Arrived first thing next morning but, unfortunately, was damaged. Phoned again, provided photos and replacement part despatched, arriving first thing next morning. So, their customer service is excellent, no quibbles, very prompt. Not sure what went wrong, maybe mix up of order and the damaged lid really odd because the box was unmarked. Anyway, lovely guys to deal with and will happily go back there again.”
