“Had no issues with using Aztec Leisure, the purchase online was simple and had regular updates to when our tent was dispatched. But unfortunately the delivery company they use (DHL) was unable to deliver our tent due to the size and weight so I then had to arrange to go and pick it up 6 days later using my neighbours van. **Edit** Great customer service from Aztec Leisure, contacted the day after leaving my review regarding the issue with the courier. Explained the issue and they Refunded the petrol used to collect the item. Will definitely be using this company again for all our outdoor needs.”

“Saw these chairs in a local garden centre but were really pricey. Found them on Aztec website and they were so much cheaper and quick delivery. Ordered Sunday afternoon, arrived Tuesday 10am. Chairs really comfy and recline. Fold fairly flat for easy storage, perfect!”

“Hi. A great product at a great price, thank you. It arrived with a slight amount of damage to the packaging and after opening it part of the casing had been split. It works well and I can live with the damage! It’s a shame that your courier has let you down on an otherwise brilliant purchase… Cheers Keith.”

“I used 48 hour Royal Mail Delivery unfortunately this was a total misrepresentation and it’s actually 2nd Class Royal Mail parcel post. Response from this company was it can take up to 10 days before a parcel is considered lost but I was offered to repurchase and use next day delivery all at my expense - would never use this company again 😡 totally unacceptable customer service 😡”

Hi Julie, Thanks for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that your delivery was delayed. I think there is some confusion as I can confirm that your order was sent on a Royal Mail 48 service. This is however an economy untracked service as explained in our delivery information: https://www.aztecleisure.co.uk/pages/delivery-information https://www.royalmail.com/business/shipping/uk-services/royal-mail-24-48 This service aims to deliver within two days but unfortunately, delays can happen that are out of our control. We ask customers to wait up to ten days (as explained in our delivery information) before refunding as due to it being an untracked service Royal Mail will not class the parcel as lost until this point.
