“Things weren’t straightforward, as the weather was so nice when we were on holiday in Cornwall we decided to buy the mesh panel for our Kampa Ace Air awning so I ordered over the phone and they were not in stock so they were ordered in for us! We collected them and took them back to site and then realised that they were the wrong ones! I called Aztec and they were very helpful! We took them back and they refunded us but ordered the ones we needed-Adam was very helpful. We were home when they came in and I received a call asking if I still required them and I said yes! They posted them to me at home, free delivery as they were more than £50 and they arrived next day!! We couldn’t have asked for better Customer Service!!! Thank you”
