“Really impressed with the above and beyond attitude of Aztec. Due to needing to order in a few minutes to gain next day shipping I missed the e-mail for my free gift. After my free gift voucher showed up in my mail I phoned up Aztec and asked if it could be added. They ran off to try to get it added to the order before it was picked up by the courier. Great service and I will definitely be using them again real soon.”

“I ordered a caravan jack from Aztec Leisure. It arrived speedily and I was keen to fit. However it did not fit on my caravan. I spoke to Aztec Leisure who gave me the telephone number of the manufacturer of the jack. I spoke to the manufacturer and unfortunately we could not resolve the problem. Aztec Leisure agreed to refund me on return of the jack. They sent me a return label and off it went. A few days later I received a refund less the cost of the return postage. The people I spoke to were very helpful friendly and understanding. A great company to deal with. Unfortunately I'll still have to carry a trolley jack!”
