“Well what can I say just excellant service. We purchased an item at the end of last season and had no reason to use it until the recent warm weather. Unfortuntely we found on opening the sealed package some 7 months later a piece was missing. We contacted Gavin at Axtec and although the sale was sometime ago he agreed to endeavour to secure the missing part. Needless to say it arrived today just two weeks after we had spoken. Brilliant service.”
