“We used AWBS a few years back and have recently moved and the service is Still as fantastic and straightforward as last time. Easy to order online and great follow up. Special shout out to the delivery guy. Was really helpful and placed the delivery in our garden which was such a help.”

“2.40pm Ring at the door ...? What! ... 3 Garden Log Roll Borders and 6 Metpins ordered about 9am delivered early afternoon. Out of stock at other suppliers. First class service AWBS and thanks to all involved: this included the man at the end of the phone when I couldn't find the things I was looking for on the website, whoever processed the order and the delightful young woman who delivered it. Very impressed.”

“Misleading. Was not informed anywhere along the buying process that the clearly marked 'FREE' point fix offer in the sales brochure had been pulled. Even a verbal conversation with a staff member (12 June 20) stated that each pack came with a free point fix. Only on calling after the slabs had been delivered was I informed that this was not the case. Unimpressed and unhelpful customer service when spending such a large sum. Slabs and delivery fine.”

“Easy online purchase... Whole range of products available to see & choose from. Delivery as stated in confirmation email. When we had finished spreading this gravel over our driveway we were v pleased with the finished look. Would recommend. 😊”

“Ordered a week before. Phoned them day they supposed to come to be told we have none in stock . They did send ballast and sand to replace and had to take as holes were dug . Driver was polite and helpful”

“Ordered goods all seemed ok. Then first delivery was cancelled as their driver was sick so rescheduled for today. No sign of delivery and its close to 5pm. Tried calling but straight to mobile voice mail and guess what the mailbox was full so taking no messages. No e mail or call to update me. Not impressed.”
