“I received Amazing customer service from AWBS even though i made an error with my order they put it right and came back out on the same day , if only all companies had customer service like this the world would be a better place , please thank the delivery guy who who just amazing excellent friendly service.”

“Storm Eunice destroyed my fence. I ordered standard fences and post from AWBS. Delivery was prompt next day. Looks good and sturdy. Easy to install. I am happy with the product and service.”

“Went to Yarnton to view the selection of slabs. Great display. Easy to walk around and compare products. After selecting, went home and ordered online. Made a mistake in quantities so rang up and was able to add to the order. Delivery was on time and the driver unloaded into my garage. Excellent service. I will definitely use AWBS again.”

“Been using AWBS since they 1st came to Swindon. I am not in any trade. I just like to update my garden and do a few jobs for friends and family. In all them years I can say the people who have and still work there have always been knowledgeable and very approachable. I always get deliveries on time and the drivers are friendly and will accommodate where you want your delivery put.”

“Placed an order with sales manager James on Monday 21st for 1 pallet of grey slabs. Explained the importance of arriving by Friday latest Was told will definitely be there by Friday. My Mother called to pay on credit card. Was told by James definitely by Friday. Also explaining I have booked people in so need to be sure. I then called again on Thursday to be sure and told yes all booked for delivery on Friday. No Slabs delivered. Called Saturday morning and spoke to lady in office who apologised and said ticket was not passed to transport. My chaps arrived and I had to pay them as travelled even though no work could be done as slabs not delivered. James called back and offered 25% discount but no delivery till Wednesday now. Unhappy as this all cost me and wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t called 3 times to confirm!, So this morning I speak to MD who talks over me while I try to explain. Accuses me of lying as his manager would never have said this. Even though he was not there and not privy to conversation. He was rude arrogant and as unhelpful as you can be. 40yrs in the industry worst service to date and rudest MD. Awaiting refund, who knows if it will arrive, will probably be told I’m lying again. AVOID at all costs and definitely do not rely on delivery etc.”

Hi Mark. We are very sorry you were unhappy with our service. Please be assured that we take customer service and satisfaction very seriously, but on this occasion we have clearly fallen short. Your location is outside of our local daily delivery area and we have to build loads for weekly deliveries to out of area postcodes. It is therefore very difficult to give specific delivery date for out of local delivery area orders, however this should have been clearly communicated to you and for this we apologise. Please be assured that we have now issued you with a full refund. Thank you, AWBS.
