“I was very please with Oliver work found very honest I was miss. guided by person who was going to charge me lot of money so due to Oliver work I had saved lot of money but he took some money from me but did not did his work you learn by mistake thanks a lot to Oliver I will be in touch in future if I need any kind of work thanks”

“When the plumber finally showed, he was unable to do anything as he wasn’t qualified or experienced enough to tackle the job. Office hadn’t told him about the nature of the call and issues with an air source heat pump. However, the engineer informed me that he had been called out to another premises at our development and he was also faced with the same problem of an air source heat pump. So a wasted call out and my issues unable to be resolved.”

“Great service from Kevin Keaney and the Avon Ruby team. My elderly parents had no heating or hot water due to a problem with their boiler. Kevin diagnosed the problem and got it sorted for my parents first thing this morning. Efficient, friendly service, I would definitely recommend Kevin and Avon Ruby.”
