“Insurance next day call out for leaking ball valve. Not a very friendly plumber. But he replace the ball valve and handed it to me for disposal!”

“Came as promised to give a quote. Only thing was that they charged the insurance company £167 for coming out to give the quote which I was not expecting. Very polite and on time”
